The winner have been chosen by the jury whose members including: <em>Agnieszka Olszewska<\/em>, <em>Marie Sarycheva<\/em>, <em>Kateryna Radchenko<\/em>, <em>Arnis Bal\u010dus<\/em>, <em>Arno Gisinger<\/em>, <em>Seok Jae-Hyun<\/em>, <em>Mirjam Kooiman<\/em>, <em>Vir\u00e1gv\u00f6lgyi Istv\u00e1n<\/em> and <em>Pavel Van\u010d\u00e1t<\/em>. The two winning projects will be published in the next issue of Fotograf Magazine (October 2019).<\/p>\n<p>The jury selected <em>Gigi Cifali<\/em> and <em>Viktor Kopas<\/em>z.
